This turned out SO good and it didn’t last long before all of it was gone. Seriously, in two days it was eaten up!

Often times we’re used buying and baking the big brands we’ve known and grown up with. Sadly, those brands mainly focus on flavor and not our health.

Ultra-processed foods are foods that have undergone a lot of processing, often with long, unpronounceable ingredients that you wouldn’t find in your kitchen. They may also contain added sugars, sweeteners, food dyes, and more.

To reduce the amount of ultra-processed food we consume, we can prioritize unprocessed or minimally processed foods.

From the dinners, snacks, and even to the sweets we know and love. We can find another way to make it clean without sacrificing flavor.
