Ingredients
Ragi flour-1cup
Wheat flour-3/4cup
Jowar flour-1/2 cup
Besan flour-1/8 cup
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Grated cucumber-1/2 cup
Grated carrot-3/4 cup
Chilli powder
Jeera-1tsp
Oil-Tbsp
Salt as per your taste
Mix well and add water only if required.
With 250ml measuring cup you get around 10 to 11 medium sized Rotis.
