
No-Bake Fudgy Treats
These rich, fudgy chocolate treats come together with just a few simple ingredients—no baking required!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup dates (about 8–9 Medjool dates)
3/4 cup shredded coconut (60g)
3/4 cup almonds (or other nuts) (90g)
2 tbsp cacao powder (12g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
130g chocolate (for dipping) 4.5 oz
Instructions:
1. Blend almonds, shredded coconut, dates, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a blender or food processor until a sticky dough forms.
2. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
3. Melt some chocolate in a double boiler and dip each ball, coating them completely.
4. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
5. Enjoy your fudgy treats!
