Ingredients for two servings (this recipe makes 8 waffles, so one serving is 4 waffles):
1 cup high protein cottage cheese (200g)
4 eggs
1/2 – 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup (gluten-free) oats (2.4 dl)
2 teaspoons baking powder
•
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Spoon the batter into a preheated greased waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden (about 3 minutes per waffle)!
3. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
4. Reheat in the morning in the toaster, for about one minute. Serve with berries, for example!

Amazing i tried em their way better than regular waffles
just as i was telling myself exactly this “the reason i dont like her high protein recipes is bc she uses protein powder” she says “with no protein powder” 😭
Remember guys.. always have a 1 tbs of ACV in a tall glass of water + high fibre veggie starter before a carbs/sweet meal and walk 10 minutes after the meal. You'll get minimal sugar spikes and lesser chance of dying from an inflammatory/autoimmune disease by reversing PCOS/insulin resistance 🤷🏻♀️

What oatmeal brand do you buy?
Do you use lactose free cottage cheese? If yes where domótico buy it?
The waffle maker looks like it doesn’t take up much space? What’s the model please. I won’t buy a waffle maker since I always feel like they take up a lot of space.
How will it turn out if i leave out the cottage cheese? Should it be subbed with another dairy product?
