  • Pro tip! A tad pricey BUT SOOOOOO good…, i strain out the liquid from Amy’s No Chicken Noodle. 5 cans makes 4 cups of vegan chicken broth…. I strain this into s 4 cup measuring cup and then pour 2 cups into a separate 4 cup measuring cup and then add 2 cups of water to each, then add 2 tablespoons of Butler’s chicken seasoning (the one that is made by the people who make the soy curls) and 1 tablespooon of MSG in both measuring cups.. this is enough broth for 2 cups of arborio rice.
