Number of servings: 4
Calorie per serving: 240
Protein amount of serving: 10g

➜ Ingredients:
Coconut oil
Steel cut oats
Water
A pinch of salt (optional)
Fruit & nuts for topping

➜ Instructions:
– Preheat the Pressure Cooker: Begin by setting your pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot) to the sauté function. Add coconut oil to the pot to melt.
– Toast the Oats: Add steel cut oats to the pot. Stir constantly and lightly sauté them for about 30 seconds, just until they are lightly toasted.
– Add Water and Cook: After sautéing the oats, stir in water. Cancel the sauté function. Secure the pressure cooker’s lid and set the valve to “seal.”
– Pressure Cook: Select the manual setting and adjust the pressure to high. Let the oats cook for a set time. The pressure cooker will take a few minutes to reach full pressure.
– Release Pressure: Once the cooking time has completed, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
Finish and Serve: Carefully remove the lid, stir the oats well, and serve hot with your favorite toppings such as fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
