4 oz./1/2 Cup- Heavy Cream/Water mix or Low Carb Milk Warmed between 100-110 degrees
3 g/1 tsp.- Inulin (Alternatively 1 tsp. Honey or Maple Syrup)
5 g/1-1/4 tsp-. Active Dry or Rapid Rise Yeast
100g/2 Large Eggs (I weigh now because they can vary in weight)
12g/1 Tbs. -1:1 Alternative Brown Erythritol Based Sweetener (packable)
14g/1 Tbs. Allulose Syrup Or 14g/1 & 1/2 Tbs. Granular Allulose
56 g/2 oz./1/2 Stick- Salted Butter (melted) (add 1/2 tsp. salt if using unsalted)

Alycia, I always have an issue with freezing bakery products. Should I bake these calzones and then freeze them, or should I assemble them, freeze them, and thaw and bake another day? Thank you for these great recipes. Ted

Thanks for all the great recipes! Watching Calzone video & you said the recipe you watched baked at 450 & you said it might be too hot for our flours….I make your sweet rolls & needed to lighten up on the fat. I use 1 cup pureed full fat cottage cheese instead of butter & bake them 12 minutes at 450. I usually cover halfway when I rotate. Perfect so far, made batch #4 last night!

I love meatballs in my calzone or Chicken and Broccoli with an alfredo sauce, I haven't used ricotta cheese in a calzone in forever, well haven't had a calzone in forever really, I been doing keto pizza when I do pizza. Which last time I did it was a pork rind recipe so the crust was pretty much almost 0 carbs but the few you get from cream cheese. One of these days I am going to have to try this and make one for my husband and sneak it to him and make sure he doesn't know its keto, he hates trying new things I love Thomas' videos too, thanks for the great video, I'm subbing to your channel to see what else you come up with! I just did a video on carnivore tuna patties myself with my version of a keto "potato salad"

That crust looks delicious. I would usually order a calzone over a pizza back in the SAD days. Your dough would probably work for a Stromboli as well. This dough has so many possibilities. Thanks for sharing your experiments with us. So glad it worked out so well.
