At almost 54 years I still refuse to have a dish washer, I may after 60 but for now, nope, thank you for the heads up on Whirlpool,, I will do my diligence before buying any appliances..
10 days ago, we bought a whirlpool refrigerator at Costco. Thank you so much for putting this info out for us.
It’s the DEI hires that are designing these worthless products. I was told years ago to steer clear of Whirlpool products. Sorry you’re having all these problems.
Cut your losses and quit dumping money into what you know is junk.
Bio degradsble computer chips SENCE 2017. Biodegradable refrigeratant. SENCE 2017
I am having basically the same problems with my Frigidaire refrigerator and GE dishwasher. So far, my stove is ok. My appliances are a couple of years older than yours, but I know they will not last as long as my old ones did. My microwave is at least 30 years old, and has never given a minutes worth of trouble.
Oh my god ! I found your video while looking for what was wrong with my whirlpool refrigerator. I got a new french door fridge 3 years back which costed more than 2000 dollars. With great difficulty got their mechanic and came to know it was compressor problem. We were without any refrigerator for more than 3 weeks and had to buy a small refrigerator to makedo. I would never buy whirlpool appliance again.
So was just wondering… Did u buy these appliances "scratch and dent", second hand, no warranty implied, year out of date?? Just not getting it for a new appliance These issues should all be covered under manufacturer's warranty and/or extended warranty, if u purchased it. But if my appliance caused me any issues from day 1 I would be calling about it straight away and would not settle for anything until it was fixed on DAY# 1!!
Yes, thank you!
Ours did the exact same thing! Same sound and shaking from washer! Dishwasher broke a year after purchasing! Whirlpool should be ashamed and no one should ever buy any Whirlpool appliances! Thank you, thank you!
You should buy an older model brand when they made them to last
20 years!
I have a Bosch microwave it’s nearly 9 years old brought from target here in Australia
My up right freezer is Westinghouse it’s 8-9 years old
My fridge Westinghouse 12months
My tiny washing machine 7 kg is 9 years but not in use for 12 moths
My sister had her LG fridge for around 20 years old it makes noices now again we think it’s going to break any day but keeps going
Then it’s quite
She prepared to buy another one
Her husband was able to get a second hand one for the shed so there right if it does break
I forgot to add my dd had a fridge that made a noice non stop and that was a LG
I don’t know how she could stand it
But she got used to it she had 4 kids
But every time I came into the house you could here it
It also had a ice maker
And it had no cabinet on top
I thought the cabinet had to be higher than what you have it
At least 30 cm high double the space you have also they have around 30 cm at the back
But my dd hers had nothing and had that continue noice
See Mike can make another cabinet higher and more space for your fridge
I have four whirlpool appliances, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, bought them all together nine years ago.still running good. Now l didn’t buy top of the line, my fridge does not even have an ice maker! ( they tend to rust) my late husband was a skilled trades machine repairmen,He used to say the more bells and whistles anything has that is more than can break. Also have you had your home electrical checked. Sometimes a power surge can fry appliances.l hope you find a solution.

We bought a GE Cafe French door refrigerator from COSTCO. It sounded like a jet engine and after one week it died. Back it went.
We then bought a Whirlpool four-door refrigerator. From COSTCO. Quiet as a church mouse and no problems.
Thanks
Here in Australia
I buy westing house fridge
My sister has LG both are good brands
And love Ninja products have air fryer in that brand
Hello. I hope you are all feeling well today. I wanted to know if you still take high dose Biotin for your brain clarity. I am trying it with doctor permission. I am having a lot of trouble with my Fibro again and this year feels how I was before I ever got diagnosed. Not much of anything helps, but the weather has been driving me nuts and I cannot get out of the Foggie Brain at all. Jesus bless all of you and your family.
Don't have a stroke or heart attack over money.
Rayovac is a rip off 4 batteries went bad before they should have expired. Friend
I can totally relate to your situation. We spent $715 on a brand new top-loading Whirlpool washing machine in November 2023, & we started experiencing issues at the end of January 2025 (14 months later) of it not going through the entire washing cycle. Then it sounds like the motor for the drain turns on spontaneously & keeps running, so we have to keep it unplugged when not in use (attempted use) for fear of it potentially causing a fire. We have tried all of the reset tricks I can find on YouTube, but none of them fix the issue, so now we have to monitor when we do a wash, & then manually set it to do a rinse & spin since it won’t go through the entire washing cycle by itself. I suspect that it all stems from the exact reason you mentioned about the new “green” features (ours has a water auto-sensor on it). We’ve had to change the settings to the deep-water rinse just to get it to work in any capacity, so it totally defeats the attempts to save water & electricity since none of those features work correctly. Ughh! And like you, we refuse to purchase an extended warranty for something that can’t even make it 14 months without problems. Ridiculous indeed! 🙄
The first 60 seconds of this video had me laughing so hard i cried! It was the facial expressions for me. Im so so sorry about the appliances. 🙁 i really think theyre just making them all disposable now.
All the appliances are made offshore and all from the same company.
Buying an appliance is like playing the lottery anymore. I have had no problem with my Whirlpool fridge after close to 3 years. When we moved into our new home I bought a GE fridge which I had to replace after 2 years. I bought another GE and replaced it after18 months. Meanwhile my sister's LG appliances are going on 6 years old despite horrible reviews from other people. My old sears washer ran for 13 years so when we moved I sold it with the house and bought a new Sears washer. It died after 1 year. 2 of my neighbors had the same model and had to replace them at the same time I did. I replaced it with a Whirlpool washer which was so reliable and lasted so long that when It broke I replaced it with a new Whirlpool. Who knows anymore.
It sounds like the computers in your appliances have failed. We have sent a circuit boards from our JennAire appliances (owned by Whirlpool) to CircuitBoardMedics in South Carolina. Took a week for them to fix and return. They have worked perfectly since.
I either buy Bosch or Electrolux. I don't buy any other brand. I always buy warranty in case something goes wrong because it's an appliance. Never has to use it but it was there.
Yea we don’t buy box store brands anymore after the last disaster with self destructing washers . An 8 month old GE that they refused to honor the warranty on . We spent the money on a set of speed queens .
