Today, we’re recreating Domino’s pizza—not because it’s the best, but because there’s a lot to learn from it! Whether you love or hate it, understanding what makes it work can level up your pizza game. So, let’s break down the dough, sauce, cheese, and that signature garlic butter crust.
Dough:
600g High Gluten Flour or 4 ¾ cups
18g Salt or 3 tsp (1 tbsp)
5g Diastatic Malt or 1 tsp
5g Instant Yeast or 1 ½ tsp
378g Warm Water or 1 ⅔ cups
20g Olive Oil or 1 ½ tbsp

Copies Domino's……still turns out better. I haven't eaten a "chain" pizza in about 15 yrs
Domino's pizza always reminds me of the old joke about sex and pizza for some reason.
