* Gather your fruits and vegetables: banana, pineapple chunks and spinach. (Remember to wash your green spinach).

* Slice or Chop ingredients into easy-to-chew pieces.

* Add all the chopped fruits and vegetables to the blender with Greek Vanilla yogurt, milk (of your choice) and honey.

*Blend until smooth

* Pour in a fun cup & ENJOY!
