Air Fryer Chickpeas: Uncle Scott’s Spicy Kickin’ Recipe
In this cooking video Uncle Scott’s shares his recipe for Spicy Kickin’ Air Fryer Chickpeas, a fast, easy, and delicious snack.
Uncle Scott’s Spicy Kickin’ Air Fryer Chickpeas Recipe
Ingredients
– One can of drained chickpeas, dried with paper towels
– One quarter teaspoon each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper
– One tablespoon good extra virgin olive oil
Add the chickpeas to an air fryer basket in one layer and air fry at 350F for ten minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure even airflow and drying.
After ten minutes, remove the chickpeas to a mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil first, and stir. This will help the spices stick.
Add the spices and stir to coat evenly.
Add the chickpeas back to the air fryer and air fry for eight minutes, again at 350F.
Remove to a plate and devour! Approximately 500 calories in the entire batch.
In the video Uncle Scott uses a Ninja Air Fryer. See the related link for a full review.

None of the kick needed on mine but I might try it with any number of other seasonings.
very nice
Yummm
Aren't you concerned with the non-stick coating of the air fryer. Here an idea, a carbon steel air fryer 😂
Drooling! 🤤
