03:09 Yogurt 2 tbsp.

03:19 Baking soda ⅛ tsp.

04:34 Oatmeal 1 cup.
04:44 Mix and wait 15 minutes.

05:42 In the oven for 20 minutes/180°C/360°F.

1 onion.
1 carrot.
Vegetable oil.
Fry over medium heat until done.
1 egg.
Pepper.
Parsley.
Mozzarella 150 g.
Sesame.
In the oven 200°C/400°F/7 minutes.

Add 1 cup of oatmeal to a bowl.
Add another 1 cup of warm milk.
Wait for 5 minutes.
Green onions.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl
Salt and black pepper.
Add 30 g of mozzarella cheese.
Mix well.
Vegetable oil 1 tsp.
Add green onions.
Mix well.
Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan.
Fry on low heat on both sides.

Ginger ½ tsp.
Nutmeg.
Cardamom.
Cinnamon.
Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
