VEGAN SPINACH RAVIOLI – FUN HOLIDAY RECIPE [NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT USED] | PLANTIFULLY BASED



Hi my friends! I have a fun recipe for homemade ravioli spinach that are delicious and fun to make. Such a great holiday recipe to prepare with friends, family and kids! I know you are going to love it.

RAVIOLI RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS
Dough
3 cups all purpose flour [360g]
1 tbsp olive oil [15g]
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup warm water [120-160ml]

Filling
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach [170g]
1/3 cup non-dairy milk (80ml)
3/4 block firm tofu [330g]
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
*or to taste
1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds [56g]

Garlic Butter Sage Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil [15ml]
2 tbsp vegan butter [28g]
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4-5 leaves fresh sage

  • Very nice. I will alter the recipe a little so to make it healthy. No vegan cheese and a lot less oil. Also skip the vegan butter. Hopefully it’ll still taste great. Fat does taste good unfortunately.
