80 g walnuts.
70 g cashews.
2 tablespoons flaxseed.
2 tablespoons psyllium.
a little salt.
oregano.
10 g baking powder.
dried tomatoes.
3 eggs.
1 glass 250 ml kefir or liquid yogurt.
olive oil.
1 tablespoon sesame.
a little more oil.
sprinkle with sesame.
avocado.
a little sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
a little lime juice.
a little salt.
black pepper.
bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C.

Flax seed can’t be digestives it original form. It needs to be grinded
Cashews contain high amounts of carbohydrates and therefore should be avoided on the keto diet!
