Winter special Intermittent Fasting Meal Plan! #shorts



Laddus, today I was celebrating winter greens!

I broke my intermittent fast at 10 AM with a delicious papaya bowl.

For breakfast, I had ragi dosa with bathua chutney and ghee podi.
Lunch was urad dal, broccoli peas sabzi, and bathua ke raita.

Snacked on homemade pinni and desi cow milk, and ended the day with a nutritious khichdi made with bathua and peas.

Feeling full, nourished & so happy!
