GLASS MIXING BOWLS:
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1tbsp swere sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp melted butter
whipped cream topping (optional)
mixed all together cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Enjoy!
