STOP buying protein bars and make these easy homemade protein bars instead! Made with simple ingredients, they’re better for you, no-bake, and so easy to whip up. Perfect for a healthy snack or post-workout treat! 💪🍫

📋 Ingredients
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup peanut butter (or favorite nut/sunflower butter)
1 banana, mashed
1/3 cup honey, agave, or real maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup protein powder*
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup mix-ins: chopped dates, dried fruit (blueberries, cranberries, raisins), mini chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut flakes, nuts

📝 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. The mixture should be soft and not dry or crumbly. If it feels too dry, add a splash of water or milk, or an extra drizzle of honey.
2️⃣ Press the mixture very firmly into an 8×8-inch pan.
3️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
4️⃣ Store bars in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

💡 Notes
Freezing Instructions: Layer bars in a freezer-safe bag or container with parchment paper between layers. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge or on the counter before eating.
Protein Powder: Use your favorite kind—chocolate, vanilla, or plain all work well. You can also try half protein powder and half unflavored collagen peptides.
Chocolate Protein Bars: Use chocolate protein powder for a rich, chocolatey flavor.
Nut Butter Options: Swap peanut butter for almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower butter.
Vegan Protein Bars: Use your favorite vegan protein powder.
Gluten-Free Adaptation: Use gluten-free protein powder and gluten-free rolled oats. Clean Simple Eats Vegan protein powder is a great option.
Enjoy these versatile, no-bake protein bars anytime you need an energy boost! 🌟💪
