Recipe Ingredients:
300-gram firm tofu – cut into cubes/ coat with cornstarch
1 cup carrot
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup mushroom
1 medium onion
4 cloves galic
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 cup of water/vegetable broth
salt (for reference I use 1/2 tsp for the recipe)
pepper
Sauce:
1/4 cup water
2 tsp arrowroot or cornstarch
Note: For the non-vegan option, you can add oyster sauce

Some of the ingredients that you use are not listed in the recipe
Looks like you need to sharpen your knife or get a smaller one to fit your hand. You are holding it weird. Good recipe.
I made this tonight. DELICIOUS! I did goof and my liquid reduced. So I took the 1/4 water and 2 tsp arrowroot and combined about a cup more of water, 1 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos, 1 TBSP Oyster sauce and added to mixture. All thickened. Garnished with green onions (didn’t have parsley) OMG…incredible. Thank you for posting! Easy, flavorful dinner!
