  • Looks delicious. I’m definitely trying it tomorrow. FYI, I have a Nutri bullet blender and it does blend everything up smoothly and I don’t have to pre-blend anything. I can add ice or anything I want. Never a problem.

  • For such an expensive blender a plastic jug seems inappropriate. The amount of vlogs promoting this blender may seem to be a lucrative business, thus keeping the blender too expensive for most viewers.

  • I do this but don’t add banana or avocado and less water and I add fresh ginger. I use a food processor and then I blend further with a small emulsion mixer.

  • What does the $100 or less price of a blender have to do with a persons blender being good or not? So shallow! Just say buy Vita-mix geez! I’m done!

    I recently heard from a liver Doctor saying that when there is too many fruits put it together to make smoothies it’s bad for the Liver. I have some liver issues by the way. What happens is it’s lot of sugar going straight to the stomach and end up being fat. When u eat the fruit by itself the process is slower one cup of mango alone is 19 Grams. If someone can answer this that will be helpful. I love smoothies just want to know is it healthy to put this much fruits together. Thanks.

  • Loved it! Your recipes are the best! My favorite part are the explanation of how to substitute ingredients (banana/avocado), and the recommendation of blending your greens first. Sometimes, my lack of imagination gets the best out of me, but thanks God you’re a good reference to go to and get back on track! Thank you for sharing

  • Great and delicious green smoothie! I did do a little modification for additional protein I added hemp seeds, to lessen the sweetness I added a very small dash of Himalayan salt, Vital Protein with Collagen and poppy seeds for bone strength, insomnia, blood pressure, digestion, and overall cardiovascular health.

  • I use this recipe all the time. I like to omit the water and add 1 cup of almond milk and 1 cup of rum. It's great for an afternoon snack.

Just one question…many of the recipes have a green asterisk next to some of the ingredients but not sure what that means. It may say somewhere in the book but haven't found it yet.
