Your recipes look very good but they are unnecessarily, painfully slow. Chopping every half of the onions or other vegetables is unnecessary. We get the idea. Tell us what to do, show us an abbreviated example of each procedure and move on. Your videos can be a fraction of the duration. This will greatly improve my interest in watching your videos.

No part of this recipe is Hungraian. If anything it's Italian style but in any case it's just a mish mash. Hungarians don't use Oregano they use Marjoram and lots of paprika not tomato. Paula, you say you answer comments, what's your answer to this?
