Flatbread 3 Ways: Delicious Recipes Everyone Should Try



Everyone wants to make quick and easy bread without losing its flavor. Is it possible to do it? The answer is Yes! We introduce you to flatbreads, a very simple way to make quick breads full of flavor for any occasion. In this case we are going to use white flour and whole wheat flour to make 2 different types of flatbread. To show how versatile these bread is, we are going to bake them in 3 different ovens (pizza oven, griddle and home oven) and they will be just as amazing.

Naan Bread:
500grs Flour
1 TBS Baking powder
1 TBS Salt
1 TBS Sugar
1 TBS Sourdough starter
¼ Cup of milk
¼ Cup of neutral oil
250ml Water

Lachha Paratha:
4 cups Whole Wheat flour
10grs Dry yeast
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Water
1 TBS Salt
1 TBS Sugar
1 TBS O il
