I tried making sweet potatoes, they were very fragrant, soft and chewy. I baked them for another 5 minutes, the skin was slightly burnt but the flavor was more fragrant. When cooled, it was much sweeter than when it was slightly hot. I had acid reflux after every time I ate sweet potatoes, but following this recipe, I no longer had this symptom. Thank you very much
