Easy quick will be making this one. 😊😊
Lovely! As others have said – you and your wonderful recipes make my day 😁 l have a little budget tip to pass on : people have mentioned buying over ripe bananas cheaply and then freezing them, an excellent idea. I live in the tropics so we always have lots of bananas, we don’t bother prepping the fruit for the freezer , all you have to do is pop the whole bananas shin and all into the freezer. When you want to use them for banana bread, take them out and thaw for a few minutes, peel and mash. Hope this helps with someone’s budget cooking. As always, thank you so much for a super video. I feel like I am visiting with a lovely neighbor who really knows how to bake – “on a budget “! 😁❤️
Just love banana cake, bananas are very expensive these days, but still worth it for a fresh loaf of banana bread
Who doesn’t love homemade banana bread!
❤
It's fab with butter on too 😛 Nice result!
Do you factor in energy costs, as they are part of the overall cost! Aside from that keep up the good work!
Local markets sometimes have ripe brown spotted bananas very cheap, less than half price. I watch for them they are perfect for banana bread.
A potato masher makes short work of mashing the bananas.
As it is hovering around 25 degrees Fahrenheit, it a good time to keep the oven running & filled baking lots of goodness….Love recipes like this! Thanks you!
Hiya Dave, that looks absolutely delicious, was wondering if the temperature is 160° fan or is it for ordinary oven??? Thank you for another great recipe 👌

Your kitchen must smell divine! 🥰 I'm going to try your banana bread. I've had some with raisins in it in the past and I wasn't a fan of that. But this one looks appetising.
did you need the tinfoil Dave or did it cook without it?
I think cinnamon could go in it…
Great banana bread……banoffee pie please!
