🍎 3 Fruit Juice Recipes
Just Grapefruit: For citrus lovers it’s all you need
Citrus Glow: 4 to 5 oranges, and 1/2 lemon.
Apple Bliss- Natures Gingerale: 5 apples, 1 lemon, and a thumb-sized piece of ginger.
🥬 3 Green Juice Recipes
Green Vitality: 1 cucumber, 2 celery stalks, 1/2 lemon, and a handful of spinach.
Detox Refresh: 1 green apple, 1 cup kale, 1/2 cucumber, and a piece of ginger.
Celery Cleanse: 4 celery stalks, a handful of parsley, 2 green apples.
Keep it simple: Any preferred green with apple
When you clear toxins from your body and introduce high-vibrational raw foods, amazing things happen, ..clarity, manifestation, synchronicities!

If you’re diving into higher-volume juicing detoxing, incorporating herbs is incredibly beneficial to support the process and avoid side effects like headaches or body aches. You want to make sure your having regular bowel movements so the toxins have clear pathways to leave the body and not reabsorbing back in due not not being able to exit.
For smaller-scale juicing (1–3 glasses daily), should be fine.
The goal is to get nutrition in and toxic waste out!
