I had an extra day off work this week so thought I'd make an extra video for you all 😊 This recipe's really easy but packs a punch, perfect on a cold winters day! Recipe is in the description 💚
Lovely. I will add some toasted caraway seeds too.
Thanks for sharing 😊
Love the idea of caramelising the onions & freezing them! Top tip! Thank you!
The way you chopped the green onions left me breathless. Very impressive 👌🏼
I did not expect paprika, but that would perk it up considerably! Looks delicious.
Love your channel – keep going!
I 💙 Soup. Thank you George.
That looks amazingly delicious! Potatoes & cabbage, I always have them on hand and eat them everyday. Thank you for sharing
For tomato paste in jars I look in Turkish supermarkets.
Hi George, this recipe looks great. ‘Peasant’ food is the best, in my opinion.
Any chance you could make a vegan Burn’s Night supper video ahead of 25 January?
Looks very delicious 😊
Soup looks delicious just what we need right now in FREZZING COLD 🥶🥶Chicago
My non plant based husband has asked me to make this. ( He watches your videos, he says “the young guy has a new video ) It looks so good. Going to make it next. Thank you so much for always having such good recipes. And great tips, like cooking the onions in a batch.
George, with the cabbage heart, couldn’t you dice it finely and throw it in with the potatoes?
Looks delicious. 31°C here in Oz, so I’ll save for winter. 😋
Oooh, that does look good! 😊

Yummy!! Sounds delicious…I happen to have cabbage already…Thank you
Oh, that looks so delicious and comforting! I definitely have to make this. Side note: I am so happy to see your channel growing, you deserve it. You have such positive and calming energy and a great personality for the camera. You're gonna hit 10k no problem. Anyway, thanks again for the recipe! I <3 potatoes
For me a cabbage soup means using fermented cabbage/ sauerkraut, so this seems rather unusual to me. I also use potatoes, but I was told one has to cook them separately from the cabbage and only add them at the end, because acidic environment stops them from cooking properly. I never tested it though if it is so.
