Cabbage Rolls with Tofu Stuffing – Easy & Delicious Recipe Part-1



In this video, I’ll show you how to make delicious cabbage rolls stuffed with a savory tofu and veggie filling. You can use regular cabbage or Chinese cabbage, though I prefer the former for its texture. Here’s a step-by-step guide to preparing this tasty dish:

For the cabbage rolls:

1. Remove and wash the cabbage leaves, then dry them.

2. Dip them in boiling water (1 minute if using the white part of the leaf, 45 seconds for the rest).

3. Roll each leaf with the filling (see Part 2 for stuffing).

4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic granules, and cook the rolls covered, flipping every 2-3 minutes.

5. Top the rolls with sweet chili sauce for a tangy finish.

For the tofu and veggie stuffing:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic.

2. Add onions, mushrooms, and capsicum. Season with chili flakes and salt.

3. Stir in shredded tofu, date syrup, and black bean sauce, cooking until the mixture is dry.
