    • 💧 Water – 1/2 to 1 glass

    Method:
    1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
    2. Peel and chop the beetroot, carrots, turmeric, and ginger into small pieces.
    3. If using fresh amla, cut it into pieces and remove the seeds. If using amla powder, set it aside to add during blending.
    4. Blend all the ingredients with water until smooth.
