Join me on a full day of eating following a high protein vegetarian diet. It is a myth that vegetarians cannot eat high protein – and I aim to show you that it is easier than you would think!
I need to nourish my body with healthy high protein meals as I am following a hybrid athlete workout routine – and preparing for a marathon. This is actually the day after my 25k run (crazyyy).
I am also showing you my favorite meal prep recipe that I always take with me to the office. It’s too good and takes 15 min to prepare!
