My contribution to the many ramen recipes out there adds a few ideas on how to easily make a quick but satisfying bowl of vegan/vegetarian ramen.
The Spicy Tofu crisp adds so much to this dish, so i hope you give it a go! you are sure to impress everyone with this one, as it has that rich, umami flavour from the miso, and a nice and spicy edge that made my nose run a little bit!

Surprised you only have so few views and subs. Outstanding quality my man!
I know it's not part of the recipe, but I would seriously encourage everyone to also add a splash os sake to the broth. Sake was a game changer for me. For years I never bothered to buy/use it but decided to give it a go and now I can't live without it! It adds "that" restaurant quality to your meal that can't be replicated otherwise 🙂
That's one hot cutting board… you add things in the pot and they start sizzling!
Also, thanks for sharing the recipe summary in the description, you're a legend <3
I really love the production quality for this
It's all about the chemical compounds dude. Looks delicious btw, will try this
