The #1 Soup I Make in the Cold! Easy CHICKEN TORTILLA Soup
I love making this easy chicken tortilla soup recipe! It’s quick and easy to make in the cold winter weather.
Ingredients
6 bone in chicken thighs
1 onion
1 jalapeño
bell pepper
4-5 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup cilantro
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 can black beans
1/2 cup corn
chicken broth
1-2 tbsp chicken bouillon or use enough salt to taste
1 tsp each smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, chili powder, sazon tropical or sazon
1/2 tsp thyme

Asian medley frozen mixed vegetables 😋
Tortellini vegetable soup I use Asian medley blend with small whole baby corn. With better than bouillon chicken base. It turned out so well. I was cleaning out my refrigerator not wanting to waste the Tortellini and thought I'll make a soup it turned out so good

Hey Camirra 🤗 Chicken soup is my top fave because I play with what I add to it. This ain’t nobody’s canned soup.
Beef stew is my next fave. I add ground beef to mine. I also cut up a chuck roast. Season & sear. I cube potatoes and roast them. That just keeps them together for me. And yes I season them before baking tossed in olive oil. I add to my crockpot with baby carrots, celery slices and 2 bay leaves and cook on high until the carrots are tender.
