I love making fresh juice y’all! It’s such a great grab-and-go “meal,” and especially great for a post workout drink. The turmeric and ginger really help prevent any soreness or pain after working out. For this batch, here’s what we made:
•5 carrots
•Whole stalk of celery
•5 green apples
•Ginger
•Tumeric
•4 cups of Spinach
•2 Lemons
•3 Oranges
•3 Cucumbers
This made four 16 oz. bottles of juice.

Those look so good! I've seen those bottles come in glass–a great way to reduce single-use plastic and avoid drinking microplastics, too!
