PERFECT Green Juice Recipe!
We’ve been eating like absolute poopoo because of the holidays, so what better way to take your insides on a little spa day than with a nice cuppa green juice?!
I know what you’re thinking – “ugh, green juice.” But this juice is honestly one of the reasons we don’t get sick even though we travel all over the country to film with Realtors in their market.
You really need this. It’s SO hydrating and it’s full of vitamins and minerals. You get that perfect balance of freshness from the cucumber and celery, the subtle sweetness of the apple, a slight bite from the ginger, and then a bit of tartness to round it out with the lemon.

THE RECIPE:
(Makes 64 oz.)
Ingredients:
• 2 apples
• 12 – 14 celery stalks
• 2 cucumbers
• 2 lemons
• Ginger (I use 2 thumbs worth, but do however much you’d like)
Supplies:
• 1 juicer
• 4-16 oz. glass jars (I use Ball)
• 4 Ball jar lids
Steps:
1) Wash off all your produce. I go for all organic produce, but you don’t need to.
2) Chop all your fruit and veggies into pieces that are small enough to fit into your juicer.
3) Arrange everything so it’s aesthetically pleasing. Your eyes eat before your body!
4) Set-up your juicer and then turn it on high.
5) Start juicing! I tend to switch back-and-forth between each fruit and veggie so that it mixes well. (In my mind that makes sense, lol.)
6) Turn your juicer off and then pour your fresh juice into clean, glass jars (I like Balls)!
7) Put on your lids and keep refrigerated! They’ll keep for 3 days max, so don’t make too much ahead of time, you spunky little juicer, you.
