Luxury Fine Dining with Indian Tadka: A Flavorful Vegetarian Feast | Bal Mithai | Karela Cafreal
In this exciting episode of Khaane Mein Kya Hai, Kunal Vijayakar explores a full vegetarian set course meal at the innovative Avatara Mumbai. Avatara, which first made waves in Dubai, is redefining modern Indian cuisine with a fine-dining twist. Here, Chef Sanket Joshi guides Kunal through a sensory journey, explaining the story and Ayurvedic concepts behind each course.
The meal begins with the 6 Rasas — a stunning interpretation of Ayurveda’s six tastes, followed by the refreshing Kokum, the aromatic Dalika paired with Lentil Tea, and the visually stunning Krishna Phal that also serves as a palate cleanser. The meal takes a sweet turn with Bal Mithai from Uttarakhand, infused with Buransh Ras, and ends on a surprising note with a unique take on Paan.
Don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind culinary experience that combines tradition with innovation. Watch till the end to see how each course unfolds!

Adding 1 full dabba of agar agar is not gourmet cooking
Visually appealing episode😍 pretty sure the taste is as good❤ Kudos team! Wonderful experience!!
This has nothing to do with Ayurveda… According to Ayurveda this food will be called Apathya or Viruddha Anna😂😂
Khaane mein Kuchh Alag hai ❤
Take Jaggu dada to this superficial place and he will make kheema pav out of it. Who wants poetry and dance in food , give us simple khana anyday. Kunal please don't do this to us 😂We know you too struggled to go through this pain dining😂
Initially, I was a bit sceptical about watching this episode and liking it but at the end of this episode I can tell you that this is a worth visiting restaurant.
Wow very impressed with the chef specially awesome for veggies though I am a hard core non veggie the flavours with the
Way the chef has put to gether I would love to try this ew enterprising gourmet food world map worthy
Kunal….not expected of you to review such ill concepted place for food…your viewers want you to be within yourself even which such overpriced but mediocre food sold with ill fated concepts
Itne main pat Kaise bharta hai🙄?
Good things comes with price. Thanks to take us away from street food to high end.. makes us work hard to earn this sort of money!!❤ Appreciate
So the place has alcohol but no onions and garlic……
Innovative veg fine dine 😊
Can somebody please tell me what is that outro song? (tried shazam, didn't work) @khaanemeinkyahai can you please tell?
What about non Jains , why force this philosophy on them ? There is dairy but no paneer. Absurd.
Beyond luxury. One has to eat this with lots of concentration and patience. Everything is made and served with a thoughtful process and explained in detail.
Sir plz get the pronounciation right….for foods sake itsकटु,तिक्त,क्षयandरस
ayurveda doesn't use artificial colors
jus saying
This is fine dining❤
Unlike the other episodes nothing was left for the crew… they probably had paneer butter Masala next door😅😅
This cuisine is beyond the rustic taste buds of Kunal Vijaykar who is attempting at sounding sophisticated.
I loved the episode but Kunal clearly did not like the food.
Look at the way he hurriedly tries to wind up towards the end.
