Obviously, as you can see the frozen items are 4 for the price of 3 and not 3 for £4. Wishful speaking? LOL x
My mum died on Christmas Eve 17 years ago, and effectively left us several years before that due to early onset dementia. The grief goes on, and the poignancy of this time of year is hard to bear.
Maude with her brolly😂😂😂😂😂
I like the asda chicken roast…hot and delicious. I kept two slices for a sandwich the following day…cold and gross.
Asda were supposed to be doing a nut roast for Christmas, it was advertised in their free catalogue, but I've been in a few times and not been able to find it 🤷♀️
❤❤❤❤❤
I think we need to move up north. Our Asda is rubbish didn't have half of what yours had. We have got the THIS chicken joint for our Xmas dinner, had it before and it is nice.
I wanted to buy the vegan mince pies but they had palm oil in them 😕 Asda sadly have that issue with a lot of their vegan items
I saw another vegan YouTuber say that Aldi put the vegan xmas products in with the nonvegan xmas section this year. She is in London and im going to check my Aldi to see if it is the same everywhere.
6:30 💕
Thanks for this- I agree about Aldi- went to my local one yesterday in Kingston Park, Newcastle and there was very little, if anything specifically for Christmas for us unfortunately. Did get some bits from Asda – looking forward to trying the no pork pies! Big hugs to you both and to anyone else missing loved ones just now or struggling for whatever reason xxx
Looks great, unfortunately so many of them also contain gluten which I can't have 😢
As said .. Aldi claim they're having big veganuary…. the issue is they're not doing any favours leading up to it .🎉
I went to Safeway and Fred Meyer today and didn't find a single thing that you might consider "festive bits", they just don't bother over here. The closest thing I found was the Tofurky Ham Style Roast, and that's it. So jealous of all your options 😢
Love the car chats, I went to Aldi today and they have more Christmas bits in now. I find alot of the supermarkets are putting out the vegan things later this year for some reason .
Never stop the car chats, guys. They are the"icing on the cake"❤️
Who doesn't like your car chats? Who?! Enjoyed this shopping vlog, as I always do. Thanks for posting, guys. Wishing you a peaceful weekend, and continued healing of large hurts and waving away of small annoyances. ❤
My local aldi has been awful most of the year for vegan food but today they have loads of vegan Christmas items, they just have no consistency.
My Dad went to a pain free place 6 years ago ,and I still can't believe he's not here ..I know he'd want me to be happy ..but its hard ❤
.. lovely..just lovely…
y'all's food prices just literally astound me
…❤️💚

I love going shopping with you! Every time I watch a shopping video my mind reels from the selections you folks have access to in the UK. Here in America it’s a wasteland. Fortunately I’m able to make my own food and baked goods, etc. But it WOULD be nice to have the option.
Thanks for all the festive vlogs!
Loving the shopping vlogs, thank you for helping all of the vegans to have an extra special Christmas ❤ xx
My husband passed away four years ago in September & this is will be my fifth Christmas without him. Thank you for your kind words they really words touched me. I wish you both a peaceful Christmas & New Year.
Guys you missed the trifle!! It's in with the regular chilled desserts- it's a big strawberry trifle and it looks amazing 😊
Shame the asda near me can’t be bothered to stock any of the nice vegan Christmas stuff.. 😞 such a rubbish asda! Never get how spring rolls are suddenly a Christmas thing when its this time of year haha!
I wanted that vegan turkey as we had it last year and it was great! But its not there of course 😢 so we got the aldi one.
My dream job would be tidying up the messy vegan freezer sections in supermarkets. I wouldn't even need paying and would happily do it on a voluntary basis! 🛒
The penguin bao buns were cute but no too amazing!
I went to my local Aldi about a week ago and was also very disappointed with the options (though my nearest one isn't that big anyway). I might give it another go on Monday but Asda does seem to be quite good in general for vegan stuff so after watching this I might just go there instead for my last Christmas bits. I hope you guys are taking good care of yourselves and also wanted to say thanks for all of your shopping vlogs and best wishes to you both for Crimbo. x
Aldi only just had the new Christmas stuff out yesterday, we saw posts about it and my brother went there and it was actually there! I was surprised as usual we never get everything other towns get!
The 19th, then they have more stuff apparently coming on the 21st but dunno if its new vegan stuff on the 21st
The car chats are precious. The shopping bit is helpful and full of fun and good sense. It's all fabulous 💖🎥
I needed your car chat. Dealing with anniversay of 2 people. Struggling this year. Thank you❤
I don't know why I torture myself with your videos…lol. Living in the US we don't have any of this good stuff. 🙁 We do have SOME good vegan options but nothing as fun as you guys have over there. Be well! Have a lovely Xmas!
Supposedly Aldi also have vegan footlong pigs in blanket for about £3. I will check my local store tomorrow.
No smoked salmon or mushroom pate this year.. very disappointing.
I’ve also noticed that their ‘veggie’ brand seems to be taking over the vegan brand too in a couple of our stores !
But anyway, more importantly…
Thank you for your kind words re losing someone. We lost my Mother in law last year, ( the essence of Christmas) and we went through the motions of Christmas last year. This year, it feels more like how it should. We are planning. Though, it will never be the same.
You have the love for each other.. love will always see you through xx
Got to disagree on meat eaters doing veganuary. Better a month not spending cash on none vegan food/death/suffering than spending all their money on death & suffering
Thanks lads. I'm following in your footsteps and hoovering up some of the goodies you've found. Also watched your Bailey's vid earlier. Guess what I'm making tomorrow 😊. Have a good crimbo ❤
Thanks guys
Those penguin buns are so cute!
I don't think I've ever tried parsnips. Seems like they would be perfect for soup.
Those pork pies and festive rolls are really nice, my local ASDA currently has the OMG vegan mince pies. However my local ALDI does not have the flank steaks which is disappointing as I have been wanting to try them, they do however have the footlong vegan pig in blanket. I think it depends on region, local to me we have 2 Aldi's within about 2 miles of each other.
