I am glad most of these things my mum taught me when I was a child. Thank you for great new recipe ideas but please please PLEASE guys don't put honey into hot water. Google what it does to your body. Eat it raw.

Doing your 21 day cleanse now, love it! Due to watching your videos you have inspired me to get back to clean healthy eating after going off track. I forgot how much better I feel when I am on it. I have two autoimmune disorders so keeping down inflammation is a key factor in controlling symptoms. I usually don't post much on my facebook but feel your channel deserves more viewers.
