Super Detox Smoothie Jason Vale Recipe

A subtle base of sweet apple, ripened pears and thick, creamy parsnip juice; combined with a fresh mint breeze, the coolness of cucumber and a twist of lime.

SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
1/2 Pineapple
1 large handful Blueberries
1 large handful Blackberries
200g Natural Yoghurt
4 Ice cubes

HOW TO MAKE
Peel and juice the pineapple. Pour the juice into the blender along with the blueberries, blackberries, yoghurt and ice. Blend until smooth.

  • Now that looks great. If you use frozen pineapple pieces (cut up fresh pineapple), can you juice them using the Nama J2 juicer or do you need to just use the blender?

  • Do smoothies damage the enamel of the teeth as a result of the sweetness of them?

  • Use frozen berries instead of ice. Their just as good. Make sure your blueberries are wild. I add cream cheese to this and it's extraordinary!!!
