🐝 Dill Dressing Recipe Directions:

Ingredients:
* 1 cup sour cream (can also use part or all yogurt, homemade is ideal)
* ¼ cup mayonnaise (homemade is great)
* ½ cup lemon juice
* 2-3 garlic cloves, minced, or 2 tsp dried garlic powder
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp pepper

Instructions:
1. Mince garlic and finely chop fresh dill.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Serve right away, or let sit in the refrigerator for several hours for even better flavor.

  • I love dill. I actually grew some this summer. I have to use container gardening because I have a tiny garden area. Grew tomatoes, cukes, dill and parsley.
