Id add a small amount not too much of some fat to make it real weight loss. The fat changes the insulin index of the carbs in the strawberries, but if you add too much it instead becomes just a meal since fat has 9 calories per gram.
I use 4tbsp of peanut butter powder 16g of protein powder, 120 cals
1 cup milk 8g protein, 150 cals
1 frozen banana 1g protein, 90 cals
3/4 cup of greek yogurt 15g protein, 160 cals
Macros: 520 cals and 40g of protein
If you have protein powder i would use whey keto protein cuz its 100 cals and 25 g protein per scoop, plus that would be, 620 cals and 65 g protein 🤑👍
Swap out the almond juice for something better. Whole milk or one of the filtered protein milks.
Your body can only synthesize 25g of protein the rest you piss out. that’s why proteins that says 35g, 45g it’s all marketing because they know you want that protein
