Ingredients :
▶️ For the filling
✳️ 100g veggies ( I used 🥕🫑🌽)
✳️ Seasonings : salt & pepper
✳️ Condiments : 1 tsp ketchup + 1 tsp red chilli sauce + ⅛ tsp soy sauce
✳️ 110g tofu
✳️ 3g oil for cooking
For assembling
✳️ 2 Cheese slices
✳️ 4 bread slices
✳️ 10g cheese sauce & Schezwan sauce (optional)
🥣 Recipe :
-Heat oil in a pan, add veggies & cook them. Add the seasonings & condiments.
-Lower the flame, add tofu & mix well. The filling is ready.
-Apply cheese & schezwan sauce on one side of the bread. Add the filling. Put a slice of cheese & grill.
-And serve with ketchup.

Few notes :
✳️ You can use paneer for even better flavour!
✳️ If you have a lower calorie budget, remove the top slice of bread & just toast the bottom to make an open sandwich 🙂
