  • You should do a full body detox your body with juices and fruit. People are way too toxic from a cooked western diet.

    1. I never heard her say she ate less.
    2. When you have a skin condition it’s usually from your lymphatic system being backed up and/or a build up of toxins and/or bad circulation. These issues show in the skin as well as other ways in the body.
    3. When you are trying to heal yourself sometimes it’s necessary to eat less so your body can concentrate on healing and use your energy to heal instead of digesting food which takes a lot of energy.
    4. It’s not just the eating less if that’s what she did it’s also the excess water loss as celery and ginger are diuretics. Also waste will be removed from the body and the digestive system will be cleaned out. This all will result in some weight loss.
