Quiche can be healthy if made with certain ingredients and preparation methods:

B12, D, E, and K, as well as calcium and zinc.
2️⃣ Vegetables: Spinach contains beta carotene and vitamin C, which can help reduce the risk

3️⃣ Herbs and spices: Fresh herbs and spices add flavor and antioxidants.
4️⃣ Low-fat cheese: Choose low-fat cheese instead of heavy cream and cheese.
5️⃣ Fat-free evaporated milk: Replace heavy cream with fat-free evaporated milk.
6️⃣ Less salt: Decrease the amount of salt in your quiche.
7️⃣ No crust: Omit the pie crust to save on calories and fat, and to make the quiche gluten free.

Quiche can be eaten warm, at room temperature, or cold, and can be prepared ahead. It’s a versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.

In this video I will show you my Easy Crustless Healthy Quiche Recipe. If you have any vegetables at home, you can always make this quiche. It’s a very easy recipe that everyone can make at home.

Quiche is a French tart consisting of a pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. A well-known variant is quiche lorraine, which includes lardons or bacon. Quiche may be served hot, warm or cold.

Ingredients:

🥚 Eggs
🍅 tomatoes
🌿 corriander
🍃 spring onion
🫒 olives
🍌 banana
🧀 cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese
🥛 butter milk

You can use any vegetables you have at home to make quiche. I used 4 eggs, 3/4 butter milk, 3 tablespoon of cottage cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. I do not have hard cream at home. I used butter milk and cottage cheese instead. This quiche is low fat. It’s suitable for anyone that wants to lose weight.

You need to have the right ratio of eggs to dairy to get a silky, smooth filling. The right ratio is two eggs for every one cup of dairy. A four-egg quiche should have 2 cups of milk or cream or half and half. Make sure you watch your quiche in the oven so that it won’t burn.

Direction:

1️⃣ Add 4 eggs to the mixing bowl and whisk the eggs
2️⃣ Add any vegetables you have at home
3️⃣ Pour 3/4 cup butter milk into the mixing bowl
4️⃣ Add 3 tablespoon cottage cheese
5️⃣ Add 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
6️⃣ Mix all the ingredients well in the mixing bowl
7️⃣ Bake 180 degrees for 30 minutes
