1 tsp, Turmeric Powder
1 cup, Coconut Water
Cayenne powder, To Taste (Optional)

🧡Orange Smoothie
1 cup, Papaya
½ Grapefruit (sub for orange)
2 sticks, Celery
1 tbsp, Aloe Vera
1 tbsp, Almond Butter
1 cup, Water

💚Green Smoothie
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Date
1 cup, Greens
1/2 Cucumber
1 inch, Ginger
1 cup, Green Tea

💗Pink Smoothie
1 cup, Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 small raw or cooked Beet
1/2 tbsp, Coconut Oil
1 cup, Coconut Water

1 cup, Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
