Marination: • Half cup yogurt • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste • 1 tablespoon red chili powder • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder • 1 tablespoon salt • 1 tablespoon garam masala • 1 tablespoon dhania powder • Juice of 1 lemon • Boiled soya chunks Mix the soya chunks in the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
Gravy: • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. • Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, some chopped onions, Kashmiri lal mirch, garam masala, and salt. • Sauté until the oil separates. • Add the marinated soya chunks and sauté together. • Add tomato puree, mix, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Herb Rice: • Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. • Add chopped capsicum, carrots, and veggies of choice. • Sauté with oregano, chili flakes, mixed herbs, and cooked rice.
