Recipe and ingredients:
minced meat, 600 g.

balsamic vinegar, 30 ml.

cabbage, 300 g.
stew cabbage over low heat, adding water, 150 ml.
season cabbage with salt.
dill.
drain liquid and add cabbage to the minced meat.

olive or vegetable oil for frying.
fry cutlets on both sides.
Put the cutlets in a baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
