This is cute with the added music! I have been learning Herbalism (combination of books, science articles (the ones with ncbi nlm nih gov I give more weight to), youtube by homesteaders, fave is The Honeystead because they also went to school for it, and have a farm). I've also been combining some books like Herbal Medicine for Mental Health by Dr. Lillian Somner (a psychiatrist). It shows how lack of nutrition, vitamins minerals, etc can CAUSE, not just contribute to, a whole host of mental health issues. She goes pretty in depth. Also, she gives the herbal recommendations. Its REALLY helped me. I checked it out from the library. Another I enjoy is Keto for Women by Leanne Vogel and its great because I can use it to stay on track for Keto, but also she shows how the different foods (and gives larger lists) that is consumed will help the body. Much like the other book I mentioned. They both go into Thyroid, Brain, HPA-Axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal Axis), gut-brain, etc. The Keto book goes really in depth into more body systems and the foods to heal it and support it. Even if y'all don't do Keto, its GREAT as a reference for health issues in general given the way she lays it out. You can just skip over the section she has that talks about Keto in general if needed. Have you made Fire Cider? I just made my second one last night and it will be ready by my birthday next month (which is my gift to myself, I made it with intentions as well so its both an immune boosting herbal vinegar tonic PLUS contains spiritual properties! My first one I made last month is ready this week. I'm going to open it either the New Moon, or Autumn Equinox, haven't decided yet. I love these little shorts with the herbs that you add and the benefits of them because I can get more info that way as well!
