High protein meal for vegetarian people❤️
1. Boil 1 cup soya chunks in hot water for 5mins.
Squeeze out excess water and transfer to a bowl.
Add 1/2cup curd, salt, Itsp Kashmiri chilli, 1/2 tsp each cumin, coriander and Garam masala. Add 1tsp Kasuri methi and 1tbsp mustard oil. Mix well and cook in a hot pan.
2.Then add sliced onions and green pepper into the pan and Mix it well with the soya chunks and let it cook for 10mins.
3. For the salad mix diced cucumber,
tomato, radish, carrots, spinach and lettuce with salt, black pepper, chilli oil and vinegar.
