Ingredients:
1 onion; cut into strips
2 jalapeños; cut into strips
2 minced garlic cloves
2 lbs ground beef
Salt to taste I used 2 1/2 tsp
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 lb baby yellow potatoes
4 Roma tomatoes; small diced
3 tomatillos; small diced
2-3 chile chipotles in adobo sauce; finely chopped
1 – El Pato tomato hot sauce
1 serving of love 💕
