Awesome vid, thanks for sharing! We finally got a spiralizer attachment for our kitchenaide and found a great new way to prepare the abundant zucchini from our garden. Broccoli is up next! 🙂 BTW, swapping that parmesean for a nut cheese would make this dish vegan too. So glad I found your channel, have an awesome weekend!

Hi Ali, I just made this tonight and it was delicious! Only thing I did differently was, leaving out the beans and lemon. I used cheese but instead of parmesan, I add the Mexican style blend since that's what I had on hand.

All righty – I'm finally putting a comment on this because I've watched this video a few times now, and I've made this recipe a dozen or so times. I friggin LOVE this dish! I'm a broccoli stem convert now to boot! So, thanks Inspiralized! I add it to soups, any time I need extra veggies in a sautée, you name it. Oh, and my husband loves this dish too. Yum! One of the best things I've discovered during this pandemic!
I've just tried this recipe and OMG, it was amazing! All the flavours just come together really nicely. I used sundried tomato instead of white beans and I think it's a great substitute. Maybe one tip I would give to others who make this is that it takes quite a long time for the florets to soften so maybe pre-cooking them would be advisable (for me at least, anyway). My picky 19 yr old daughter just said that it was the best meal I’ve ever cooked! I followed the recipe but I did roast the brócoli heads at 400F (15 min each side). I cooked the spiralized brócoli until it achieved a pasta like texture. Thank you for this amazing recipe!!! 🙏

This looks amazing. Have always thrown out the broccoli stems – what a waste! One small tip, the "T" in soften is silent.

I was thinking of purchasing a spiralizer and found your videos searching recipes. I've seen zucchini and carrot recipes but am now sold on it knowing broccoli is possible too. This recipe is also easy to make vegan and I am looking forward to trying it. 😋
