Salsa recipe-
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 small white onion; small diced
1 jalapeño or Serrano pepper; finely chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
2 small or 1 large poblano pepper; roasted, peeled and chopped
3 roma tomatoes; small diced
2 chipotle peppers; chopped
1 1/2 lb raw shrimp
1 1/2 tbsp McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herbs Seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
for the tacos
Corn tortillas
Queso Oaxaca or Monterey Jack
