That knife block tho
I made this for this week's meal prep and I used actual garlic because garlic powder lasts for like 3 minutes and I used hoisin as I didn't have BBQ sauce.
Just gave this a go my house smells amazing and my mouth feels even better
Been with your channel for over two years now and always love to come back.
Your meals are absolutely amazing!
Time to get back to eating healthier.
Came here because a friend recommended me to your channel, I'm also thinking of starting a meal prep, but more on a monthly basis. But this looks good.
Awesome recipe with simple ingredients!, any substitute for the cheese to reduce the fat intake or for those lactose intolerant ?
why u lie ? there is not 22g of fiber in one portion from that amount of potatoes …. from what is that fiber coming from ?
Will definitely be making these asap!! 🤤
The recipe is missing in the description 😢
Another great recipe! Having your Korean chicken for lunch this week and this is my one for next week now. What air fryer do you use?
Another solid vid, hopefully get to have a bash at this soon!
Looks delicious but would benefit from some vegetables to balance the nutritional side
I make something similar for years now. Except I prefer sweet potatoes over regular ones, always tasted better. If you have the time and want them even more tasty, just wash them really good (leave the skin on, naturally remove bad parts), cut them into slices/pieces and let them sit in cold water for 20-30mins(coldest faucet is enough), at this point i take my meat from fridge to let it warm up so that's perfect 20-30mins = meaning you just put cold water in bowl with potatoes + take out meat from fridge and that's it go do w.e. for 30mins.
You can start cooking everything at the same time (potatoes in air fryer and chicken/beef or w.e. else in pan or vice versa). I also LOVE adding a can of red beans and hortex mexico mix(this mix would be enough, but i just love beans lol), one of the easiest and most delicious foods i make because you can combine all of them and eat in a bowl and the only "time consuming" work you can ignore is letting potatoes sit in water (for me they stay harder/crispier, hence why i prefer that and dont mind it)
Also alternative sauce for chicken could be gochujang+honey+garlic+some vinegar = phenomenal combo with sweet potatoes+those veggies, at least for me.
Yum Chef Jack…..need I say more? Love lots of garlic, so good.
Hi I love all your videos but you always use a microplane and I don't have one and it makes me sad can you make recipes without a microplane?
Highly recommend taking the time to boil the potatoes with baking soda, ala Kenji Lopez Alt. It’s some extra work but it’s easy and so worth it
Flabbergasted by your salt pinch
These meal prep videos have kept me well fed over the past 2 years! Would love to see a Thai green chicken curry meal prep and a beef stroganoff meal prep sometime in the future 🙏
Beautifully simple and must be bursting with flavours. Definitely on my to-do list 👍
You've completely changed the way I eat in the best way possible.
Amazing, i like the high protein value of whopping 59g per serving while keeping the calories reasonable !
Delish as usual ❤
I absolutely need to find a bbq sauce without that huge amounts of sugar they come usually with 😊
How do you clean your wooden cutting board? I’ve always heard plastic recommended for chicken.
